44-Capitol Hwy/Mocks Crest connects PCC Sylvania, Multnomah Village, Hillsdale, Portland City Center, Old Town/Chinatown, Union Station, the Rose Quarter, PCC Cascade and St. Johns, via Capitol Highway, Barbur, 5th/6th, Williams/Vancouver, Rosa Parks Way, Willamette and Lombard.

Beginning Monday, November 17, through Friday, November 21, no service at southbound stop PCC Sylvania Main Stop (Stop ID 4431) due to construction. Use temp stop on blue "Drop Off Only" pole at lay over.
Effective Nov. 21, 2025 Beginning Friday, November 21, for trips to St Johns, no service from N Lombard & New York and N Lombard & Burlington due to tree lighting. To Portland, no service from N Lombard & John and N Lombard & St Louis. Buses service Line 11 and 16 stops on N Ivanhoe.
